Hao Jin received the PHD degree in the field of photovoltaics and semiconductor material from the Australian National University in 2007. He is currently the vice president of Jinko Solar, taking charge of the management R&D work, and led the company’s R&D team has successfully broken high efficiency record for solar cell and power record for 60p modules and remaining today. In October 2015, he led Jinko R&D team to creat the new P-type multicrystalline silicon solar cell efficiency record of 22.04% certified by Fraun hofer ISE Germany. Dr. Jin is a present convener in International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), working in the TC82-WG8 group for photovoltaic solar cells. Dr. Jin individually cumulated 16 journal papers and over 50 talks at international conferences.
