Ms. Izumi Kaizuka currently serves as Principal Analyst and Director of Research Division in RTS Corporation, a PV specialized consultancy in Tokyo established in 1983. In the company, she has been conducting research projects of PV policy, market and industrial trends for METI, NEDO and other organizations and companies in home and abroad. Among her projects, she was notable for her contribution to IEA Photovoltaic Power Systems Programme (IEA PVPS) under International Energy Agency. Since 2003, she has been a Japanese representative to IEA PVPS Task 1, an international working group for “Strategic PV Analysis & Outreach”. She also contributes to global corroboration on PV standards as the duty chair of the national committee of IEC TC82. She received PVSEC Special Award in November 2017 in PVSEC-27 held in Otsu, Japan.

演讲摘要: Since the start of the Feed-in Tariff Program in July 2012, the PV market in Japan has been growing. Newly installed PV capacity in 2017 is estimated to be ~7GWdc. While a part of PV projects are cancel under the revision of the FIT program, remained pipelines will keep the PV market and various new opportunities such as PV plus storage, O&M business growth are expected to grow. In the presentation future Japanese PV market towards 2030 is also described.
