Call for Papers / Notes for Authors
Abstract Deadline: November 20, 2018
Manuscript Deadline: June 5, 2019

Welcome to SNEC 13th (2019) International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference, the annual solar technology conference & exhibition organized by Shanghai New Energy Industry Association, co-organized by 23 international associations and organizations. The conference will be held on June 3-6, 2018 in Shanghai, China.
It will not only cover all the aspects of photovoltaic technology and manufacturing, including equipments/devices, materials, processes, manufacturing, integration, as well as emerging photovoltaic technologies and applications, but also incorporate new topics of “Internet+” smart energy and energy storage. It is an opportunity that you cannot miss to stay up to date on the technology and market, present your results to the community and network with colleagues.
The conference is now accepting abstract submittals for the 2018 program. Authors wishing to submit a contribution should read the following instructions carefully:

Review Procedure:Prospective authors are requested to submit an abstract of 200-250 words and a 100 word biography by Nov. 20, 2018. The abstract must clearly describe the nature, scope, content, organization, key points and significance of the proposed paper. Authors may add up to 3 explanatory pages, which will facilitate the reviewers’ assessment.
Presentations are to be original, non-commercial in that they focus on the technical merits of a design, a method, a structure, a material or a process rather than on the individual company’s product benefits or sales pitches. All abstracts will be evaluated on the strength of the abstract submitted, including content matter, market trend and relevance of the material. Selected speakers will be notified in writing via email no later than Jan. 20, 2019.

Materials Submission: Paper Manuscripts (English Version) of four to eight pages including diagrams, figures, and photographs, are to be submitted by Jun. 5, 2019 (Please click here to download the Paper Template). The International Scientific Committee will peer-review and select papers presented at the conference to be published in a recognized international journal of Energy Procedia (The publishing fee shall be borne by the authors themselves.)
In order to guarantee the smoothness and order of the meeting progress, oral presentation materials (PowerPoint) are required by May 15, 2019. Any hesitation on the pretext of confidential elements will not be accepted as we assume that all information in a presentation shall be public. SNEC organizing committee hereby promises that all the materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our source before the conference dates.
