1) Presentation is about 15-20 minutes (Chinese-English simultaneous translation provided) and includes Full Conference Passes for 1 Speaker and 2 Delegates.
(Please note this is not applicable for the peer-reviewed Scientific Conference. Speakers for the Scientific Conference shall register for a Full Conference Pass.)
2) Full Conference Pass includes:
● Name Badge, access to conference sessions
● Delegate Lunches, Networking Event on June 3 or June 5
● Access to all Coffee Breaks
● One copy of Conference Abstracts Booklet
● Access to the exhibit halls (June 4-6, 2019)
* Traveling and accommodation expenses excluded
3) Member rate is for the members of the Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA) and some supporting organizations.
4) Student Pass includes:

** Student registrants must email, to the Organizing Committee, a scanned copy of their Student ID (with clearly displayed expiration date) at the time of registration: office@snec.org.cn (The original Student ID is also required onsite.)
5) The Scientific Paper (English version) after peer-review would be selected to be published in a recognized international journal of Energy Procedia. But the publishing fee shall be borne by the author(/s) themselves. Publications in Energy Procedia are scheduled to appear after SNEC2018.
Payment Conditions
In order to avoid unnecessary loss, payments for the Conference are encouraged to be made by bank transfer . Please clearly state the name of the participant and the organization when making transfer, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. Bank charges are at the expenses of the participant and have to be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. If payment is effected for more than one person or by a company, please make sure that all participant names are indicated. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the transfer voucher with your Registration Form to responsible contact person from organizing committee by e-mail.
